Dr. Michael Yang is a 3rd generation dentist. Dr. Yang obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from University at Buffalo, School of Dental Medicine in New York. Dr. Yang is an expert in Preventive and Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Yang studied at UCLA Dental Implant Continuum where he learned implant surgery, ridge augmentation and implant restorations. He is an Invisalign Provider and a member of the American Dental Association and California Dental Association. In his undergraduate studies at UCSD, he majored in Social Psychology which gives him a unique insight into how to make dentistry a positive experience for all of his patients. When not seeing patients, Dr. Yang devotes his time to making important contributions to society by doing community outreaches. In his free time, Dr. Yang enjoys helping the communities and creating ceramic artwork, sculptures and computer graphics.
